It's one thing to believe RW or HH are better answers. But the idea that Fuente is sending a bad message to recruits by starting JJ is beyond ridiculous (and this is what you said). My post was simply pointing out that Fuente has even gone with the higher ceiling QB before, so even if a prospective QB had that concern, it would be immediately alleviated ("I started Paxton Lynch over an incumbent SR").

It's one thing to believe someone else is better than JJ. But there are quite a few people here who are in the "anyone but JJ" camp. And that's what I get tired of. Let's not forget, it's not like I had glowing reviews of JJ most of the season.
