Are you kidding me? HE WAS A FRESHMAN!!! What's with the conclusion that he's as good as he's going to get? Because he wasn't highly recruited while Hooker? Because he doesn't have the rocket arm that Willis does? There's more to being a QB than having a howitzer for an arm. If you aren't throwing the ball to the right place, a strong arm just means the ball gets to the wrong destination quicker or that the wrong destination is further down the field.
