once a member of your team and working diligently you should be accorded a measure of respect

this bills gm, coach, front office, fans did not do that

i get you may not like the performance, but you have to respect the work while asking for better performance

as an organizational manager you have to incent hard work above all else... the bills failed to do this

when the coaches and gms use the media as back channel to throw TT under the bus they did it to throw shade on TT and remove the spotlight on their own performance

bottom line is the offensive line and WRs got worse pretty much every year TT was there (SW draft was improvement til he became hurt)

the play calling did not put pressure on the interior gaps of the D this year (using TTs speed rollouts etc) putting even more pressure on run game and passing game

say what you want about the bills organization, but the bottom line is their is a special kind of two-faced hypocrites that are consistently in the front positions with Buffalo (Rex I think was a refreshing honest guy) and the Bills have lost any fans who understand that over time organizational principles are the only thing you have, the only you can build on
