It was never going to be a matter of competing with first rounders. Geesh man. For him it was always going to be a question of just making it in the NFL. Anyone giving him sound advice would have said that but he didn't listen. An extra year would have done wonders to help him refine his game and at least better his chance at getting a roster spot. Leaving early was just a fail...not to mention the obvious benefits of finishing school and getting to be a star in college football.
