Usually I'd agree however
if there is a subscription based service and some of their offerings/content are set to change I think they would at least address or acknowledge it. Especially when it includes something like a message board where the job is to interact and engage with the consumer directly. That doesn't mean they need to give details though. Anyways doesn't really matter I wish both parties the best and Go Hokies!
