May be, but I doubt it. If it goes your way, we'll lose a


lot more seats (maybe not a problem). However, the job up top is a lot more simple as I see it. You won't have to cut out the footprint, you just build up. Access can be by existing aisle and elevator up the exterior of the building. The shaft can accommodate plumbing and electrical.
