Hooker seems to have the arm, and obviously the athleticism.

What is preventing HH from getting some of those snaps with the 2's that Willis is presumably getting? I'm assuming it's the speed of the game. Ryan Willis is obviously older and much more experienced. Just curious if there's any other insight from anyone since I don't have enough to go on from HH.
