He was a relentless rebounder. He had an uncanny knack(sixth sense) for anticipating where the ball would bound and he was extremely quick off his feet for a big guy where he jumped multiple times. A highlight reel of his rebounds would include multiple instances where he realizes he cannot secure the initial rebound but, he can get a hand on it so he taps it to a spot where he gets the ball on the second jump. Same thing with some of his offensive post moves where he can be seen putting up an initial off balance shot off the glass and getting to the spot for the offensive rebound and put back. He had a knack like Gretzky and Bird for not going where the ball/puck was but, where it was going to be.
