Worked for Kentucky with a ridiculous one and one squad, and worked with Duke. Villanova didn't use that formula. unc had one one-and-done who was a bench player and played less than 15 minutes per game. Uconn didn't use that formula. Your winning formula appears to be more of an exception.

Look at the other final Four teams. Duke has only made 1 final four using that formula. None of their other squads have made it. UK has been to 3 with that formula. Gonzaga had 1 last year, USC and Oregon didn't have any. Syracuse was the only team with a 1&D player in Houston. Duke and UK were again the exceptions in 15, Michigan State and Wisconsin had none. UK was the only team in 14 in Dallas. 2013 Final Four never happened, but if did, Louisville, Michigan, Syracuse, and Wichita State were all void of 1&D's. Again, 2012 UK is an exception, no one else in New Orleans had any. Seems veteran led teams tend to have more post-season success.
