Quarters reset the bonus


Take this ASU-Syracuse game, ASU was in the bonus 9 minutes into the first half. Teams can’t reset if a game is called tightly and it just makes the game drag with a constant trip to the FT line. Quarters help reduce this.

This is a change that needs to happen.
