I sorta thought the same at first
but Clarke did more than "barely touch him." I actually said something to my wife like "Farrell's momentum from rushing to grab the ball is what made him fall down." Then I rewound and re-watched. Farrell actually had pretty much stopped and Chris pushed him.
He pushed him. Not all that hard, but he did. I don't know how much Farrell flopped vs. just getting tangled up in the folks sitting on the baseline and don't really care. Clarke screwed up. He had zero reason to hold on to the ball. (of course Farrell also had zero reason to grab it.) Didn't really need to be a "T," but refs see what they see and then react...not hard to imagine how that looked like a T.
