Noah Jenkins
Defensive Back, Class of 2024
Highland Springs, Highland Springs, VA
6-2, 200
Virginia Tech picked up another commitment in its 2024 class on Friday, this time from Highland Springs (VA) defensive back Noah Jenkins. He selected the Hokies over four other schools: Ole Miss, Penn State, Pitt and South Carolina. He’s the 12th commit in the class, the second safety — joining Quentin Reddish — and the second from the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Jenkins is also listed with Power 5 offers from Boston College, Duke, Indiana, Syracuse, Virginia and West Virginia. Here are his rankings from the various recruiting services:
Opinions are mixed as to whether Jenkins will play cornerback or safety at the next level; 247Sports split the difference and labeled him an athlete. He is pictured with safeties coach Pierson Prioleau in his social media pictures, so the best guess right now is that the Hokies are projecting him as a safety at the next level.
Jenkins will join former Highland Springs defensive back Braylon Johnson and wide receiver Takye Heath in Blacksburg. Senior wideout Ali Jennings III also attended Highland Springs, as did walk-on wide receiver Latrell Sutton.

Heh, heh, beat out lil’ Beamer and Pry’s replacement.
Looks like a good athlete….good route running skills too
Great size…kinda Alabama size in the secondary! I like it! Good job Coach Pry!
Congrats and welcome Noah. You will love being a Hokie.
