Yes there are obvious talent issues as Chris stated, however I think the overall coaching is an absolute disaster. It’s an inexperienced coach trying to coach other inexperienced coaches and the players at the same time. That doesn’t work in business or sports. Just my opinion Chris. I always enjoy listening to the Podcast.
