This was an excellent podcast both by interviewers and Coach Brooks. He was able to articulate his coaching and recruiting philosophy as well updating us on the upcoming team members including the personalities and skillsets of the returning and new players as well as assistant coaches. You have to be impressed with his honesty, warmth, and communication skills. As a season ticket holder I can understand his subtly expressed frustration with having a potentially top 10 program competing in the best women’s basketball league in the country with often sparse crowds. A lot of VT fans are missing out on a great experience.
