The college visits over the past few weeks have been steady, but if Hoggard (NC) offensive lineman Michael Gibbs is going to narrow down his list of suitors, each visit is needed.

Gibbs counts 15 scholarship offers. He’s starting to differentiate a few of those offers from others. But at this point, as he has more visits coming, Gibbs is diligently weighing each option. He said he hopes to be at a top six next month.

“Hopefully, some recruiting will pick back up, then I want to make a decision in early to mid-summer,” Gibbs said. “I’d say out of 15, internally, I’ve slimmed it down a little bit. But that’s just a personal thing.”
