He has 13 scholarship offers, but Oscar Smith (Va.) three-star cornerback Jahmari DeLoatch is narrowing down that list a bit.

Over the past few weeks, DeLoatch has taken a few in-person visits. He has more planned, while working on official visits as well. The door is still open to other programs, but DeLoatch said he feels like he’s getting closer to decision time.

“I feel like I’m definitely making progress,” he said. “A decision is going to come soon. I’m saying July, because I want to wait [until] after officials (visits), but who knows. I sort of, kind of have some schools I’m down to. I already have a top eight, top five, so it’s close.”
