No. 14 Virginia Tech women’s basketball is on the road again in ACC play on Thursday in Durham, N.C., against Duke (8 p.m. ET). Angel Gray and Chelsea Gray are on the call on the ACC Network.
The Hokies (13-3, 4-1 ACC) hope to bounce back from their first conference loss of the season at then-No. 21 Florida State on Sunday. The ‘Noles, who jumped up to No. 15 in this week’s AP Poll after their 89-81 victory over Tech, just were a bit better, according to Tech head coach Kenny Brooks after the game.
The Hokies had a few days to flip the script, however, and now turn their attention to Duke. They won two of the three meetings last season, including a 58-37 victory in the ACC Tournament semifinals last March.
