On June 21, we ran our summer Approval Ratings poll for the key administrators and coaches for Virginia Tech. Today, we’ll take a look at the numbers and see what they tell us.

It had been some time since we had done Approval Ratings. We last did them in the summer of 2019. For some reason, I stopped in the summer of 2020; probably because I forgot or I figured the results would be tainted because everybody in the world was angry due to the COVID situation.

I always remembered the votes being highly positive in the past. For example, here were Justin Fuente’s numbers in the summer of 2019.

Neutral: 18%
Disapprove: 3%
Strongly Disapprove: 0% (4 votes)
I don’t know/no opinion: 0%
