Internally, Midpark (OH) 2024 three-star defensive end Andrew Hanchuk has a good idea of a couple of places standing out among his 12 scholarship offers. But he’s not quite ready to reveal them just yet.

Hanchuk has one official visit planned, June 9 to Virginia Tech. He has one more visit he’s trying to set up, but after that he’s unsure. Hanchuk insists his recruitment remains open in case other suitors join this summer.

“I still do have interest and I haven’t ruled out any offers,” he said. “I still keep them on the table and in my mind. I definitely think I’ll make my decision before my first game of the year. I’m just not sure when, exactly. It won’t be in the next few weeks, but before that first game, I’ll plan to announce.”
