At least five days a week during the school year, running back Da’Jaun Riggs has spent plenty of time in the car.

He commutes to St. Johns College High (DC) from his home on the south side of the district, in Waldorf, Maryland. Riggs admits the travel is taxing. But as his recruitment has heated up, he believes the travel is worth it.

Riggs now claims more than 20 scholarship offers. It’s been a lot to process, but after some recent visits, he said he believes he at least has an end date. Still, Riggs said he has more he needs to process.
