The FBS transfer portal window opened on Monday, and there has already been plenty of movement. Eight Virginia Tech scholarship players have entered the portal as of Tuesday afternoon, and we’ve also seen the Tech coaching staff send out several offers.

The FCS transfer portal opened even earlier. Today, we’ll talk about the confirmed transfer portal players who the Hokies have offered thus far. Keep in mind that transfer portal guys don’t necessarily update their recruitment like high school recruits. In many cases, they keep their recruitment quiet, and we don’t even know which schools are recruiting them until they announce their commitment. We’re only going to be discussing the confirmed offers in this story.

Thus far, all of the confirmed offers have come at wide receiver, cornerback and along the defensive line.
