Virginia Tech returns home to face a Georgia Tech team that’s been through a tumultuous year highlighted by the canning of head coach Geoff Collins after several lackluster seasons and going 1-3 to start 2022. Interim head coach Brent Key has the Jackets on a better pace, having the team at 2-2 in his time, with the two wins being impressive upsets over Pitt and Duke, and the two losses coming with the loss of quarterback Jeff Sims. Pitt: 26-21 W
Duke: 23-20 W
UVA: 16-9 L
FSU: 41-16 L
