Excitement Builds Around the Upcoming Virginia Tech Men’s Basketball Season

The Virginia Tech men’s basketball season begins next week, and expectations are high for a team that unexpectedly reached the NCAA Tournament last season in head coach Mike Young’s second year.

Though the Hokies did lose starting guards Wabissa Bede and Tyrece Radford, they added Wofford point guard Storm Murphy, and Young will have his best shooting team this season. It’s a squad that is 100% built around guys Young recruited for his system, and I’m excited to see exactly what that looks like.
