Chris Coleman: From a personal perspective, I felt bad for Brock Hoffman.  He clearly wanted to play, and based on the NCAA’s rulings on some other cases, he deserved to play.  Filling out the wrong form shouldn’t matter as long as there is a human being with a brain on the other end.  From that standpoint, I thought it was very unfortunate, I’m sorry for Brock.
