On the handful of college tours that Thomas Dale (Va.) 2021 defensive end Bryce Carter had taken, he’d had someone show him and his family around a bit. Sometimes, they’d look at the football facilities, other times it would be the dining halls, and sometimes the classroom buildings.
None of those tours, however, were from the head coach, until last weekend.
On Saturday, Carter made his second trip to Virginia Tech for an unofficial visit. Near the end of the stop, coach Justin Fuente drove him around on a golf cart for a tour of campus.
