How does one do a scouting report on a wide receiver who doesn’t actually play wide receiver?  Today we’re going to talk about Jaden Payoute, who has the highest ceiling of Tech’s 2019 wide receiver recruits.  However, he was a quarterback in high school, and at this stage he likely isn’t as advanced in the intricacies of playing wide receiver as guys like Jacoby Pinckney and Elijah Bowick, other 2019 signees.
