Chris Coleman: By being actively involved, working closely with his recruiting staff (the recruiting staff played a big role in Hooker’s recruitment, FWIW), and in general being a better salesman than Dabo Swinney and Larry Fedora. Recruiting is pretty much the same, no matter where you are recruiting. First it’s all about clicking with the prospect, and after that it’s all about salesmanship.
