Justin Fuente is known as a quarterback developer who likes to throw the football. However, the reality is that he is also a former running backs coach who understands the value of a strong running game. His offenses have been balanced in the past, and he’ll attempt to make them balanced at Virginia Tech as well.

The offensive philosophy of his coaching staff is “throw the ball to score, and run the ball to win.” These guys know that balance is the key to victory. Justin Fuente has always liked to rotate backs in the past, and he’ll try to do the same at Virginia Tech.

He’ll have a proven running back in Travon¬†McMillian to work with. After that, there are serious question marks.
