For a guy whose national rankings are somewhat pedestrian, Harry Lewis has a good offer list that includes Duke, Georgia Tech, Maryland, NC State, Penn State, Pitt, Syracuse and UVA. However, there was never any question as to where he was going to sign. He was a Tech guy from day one, and he committed early, in April 2014.
Lewis couldn’t have made a better decision. Like Eric Whitehead, he isn’t the tallest guy in the world, and he’s not going to be a physical fit for all defensive systems. He did an outstanding job of choosing the school that would utilize his specific abilities the best.
