1) What are your way-too-early thoughts on how the depth chart at center will shake out?

Chris Coleman: This is a very good question. Tech lost both Caleb Farris and David Wang after the 2014 season, and they are the only guys on the roster who have any real experience snapping the football in a college game.

Some other guys are either listed at center, or have played some center in the past in practice.

Eric Gallo (6-2, 298, So.): 14 career snaps
Kyle Chung (6-3, 286, r-So.): 3 career snaps
Adam Taraschke (6-5, 297, r-Jr.): 0 career snaps

How ready will Chung be, however? He missed all of the preseason and the first part of the season after shoulder surgery. Then he hurt his shoulder again, had another surgery, and is questionable for spring practice. Chung badly needs to add strength and muscle mass, but he’ll end up going nearly a full year without significant time in the weight room due to shoulder injuries.
