Summer recruiting camps have become an important recruiting tool for Virginia
Tech. The Hokies hold two invitation-only camps per summer, the first of which
is coming up this Saturday, June 4. Many prospects will be working out in hopes
of getting a scholarship offer from the Tech coaching staff.

Kwamaine Battle, Dominique Patterson, James Hopper and Nubian Peak are a few
examples of players who leveraged great camp performances into Virginia Tech
offers in recent years. We’re sure to see a few more guys added to that list
this summer, either after the June camp or after the July 9 event.

Here’s a list of some of the major prospects we think might be attending the
Tech camp this weekend. This is nowhere near a complete list, and not everyone
on this list will show up. Right now, it’s a rough sketch.
