Ely (Pompano Beach, FL) star defensive line prospect Brandon Daniel was originally scheduled to visit Kansas State this weekend. He recently changed his plans, and will now visit the University of Florida tomorrow through Sunday.
Daniel says he still plans on making his official visit to Kansas State.
“I’m going to Florida this weekend,” Daniel said. “It’s just more convenient for me and my family. I felt bad for canceling the Kansas State visit because I’ve had it set for so long, but it was just more convenient for my family to go to Florida this weekend. Now I’ll most likely go to Kansas State in January. I’m most definitely going to visit there as of right now.”
Previously, Daniel has made official visits to Virginia Tech, Pittsburgh, and North Carolina State. His two favorites are Tech and NC State, as he had excellent visits to both.
“Everything’s still the same in terms of my favorites,” Daniel said. “Virginia Tech and NC State are still at the top. Everything’s going good for me right now. I’m just ready to take the rest of my visits.”
The 6-4, 270 pound defensive end earned first-team all-Broward county honors for his senior season. He will play in the Broward versus Dade county All-Star game in January.
