It appears that Western Branch LB Vince Hall will be the second of the state’s top five prospects to make his collegiate decision.
According to Western Branch head coach Lew Johnston, the Gatorade Player of the Year in the state of Virginia will make his decision tomorrow around noon. The two finalists are Virginia Tech and North Carolina.
“Vince is announcing tomorrow at noon from my office,” said Johnston. “I spent three hours with him and his family last night, and I finally got him to agree to go ahead and make his decision. He will tell me at 11:55 a.m., and then he wants to call each of his recruiting coaches personally to inform them of his decision.”
Hall officially visited Tennessee last weekend, but the Volunteers have since been eliminated. Virginia Tech and North Carolina were the only other schools Hall took official visits to.
According to coach Johnston, the decision will be a tough one.
“I don’t expect Vince will get much sleep tonight,” said Johnston.
Stay tuned to TSL tomorrow for Vince Hall’s collegiate decision. Hall is a very important recruit for the Hokies, who hope to land the talent’s of one of the nation’s top linebackers.
