Coach Gary Chilcoat: “Like [fellow Varina prospect] Joe-Joe [Johnson], he’s a really young player. He’s the younger brother of Lamont Abrams, who was a running back for us, so he’s got good bloodlines. He’s a good athlete who does a lot of things for us. We play him at tight end, fullback, defensive line, and inside linebacker. He played inside linebacker against LC Bird in the state playoffs and finished with 16 tackles.”
