Here’s the updated list of transfer portal players Virginia Tech has offered. Guys highlighted in red have already committed to other schools. Carter Smith is in blue because he announced he’s staying at Indiana. Montavious Cunningham is highlighted in green as a Virginia Tech commit as of this afternoon.
