It’s a Thursday mailbag this week, because we like to start the weekend early. Here are your Hokies questions:

What coaching change is going to have the most tangible and positive impact, in terms of player development, game management, execution, and, ultimately, in wins and losses, on the football team this fall: Bowen/QBs + OC; Crook/O-line; Brooks/RBs; Holt/TEs; Marve/DC (full-time play caller on D)?

The one that has the greatest potential is Tyler Bowen. Getting the quarterbacks and the offensive coordinator on a single wavelength could be a big development for this offense. Everyone’s spoken glowingly about it (as if they’d say otherwise), and Brent Pry has touted this move as his best since he became the head coach here.
