Now at 18 scholarship offers, Calvert Hall (Md.) three-star safety KP Price is nearing at least the next step in his recruitment. Rivals.com’s No. 16 player in Maryland for the 2023 class, he also just completed a round of spring practice visits.

Price spent this past weekend at Penn State, the previous one at Virginia Tech, March 12 at Wake Forest and March 5 at Maryland. He’ll be at Clemson and Boston College over the next week as well. But Price isn’t making any rash decisions. He said he continues to evaluate his options and look for the best fit.

“I feel like the recruiting process to me now, I’m not new to it,” Price said. “I’ve been in it for a while. It’s getting close to a year. I’m kind of deep into it right now. I’m not exactly sure when I’ll make a decision, but it won’t be too far from now. I still have places to visit, see where I’m comfortable, but I want to see more. Its definitely getting deep into my recruitment, which is still open. Whoever recruits me most, shows me love, that’s where I am.”
