For now, it’s all still about feeling out the scholarship options for Rome (Ga.) 2023 four-star defensive tackle Stephiylan Green. There have been a few visits that have shed some light, but nothing definitive.

Green, No. 167 in the 2023 Rivals250, is up to six scholarship offers, most recently from NC State and UCF. He’s taken in three game visits this fall, including to Virginia Tech for its game against Notre Dame last weekend. While he’s making progress, any real movement in Green’s recruitment likely isn’t any time soon.

“I’m not rushing anything,” he said. “I don’t know what school I’ll go to. I’m going to get faster, stronger and wherever program I fit best, the quickest I’ll get on the field, that’s where I’m going to go. I know I have to put in more work. I don’t know what school is my top. But the teams that keep in contact, I feel like I’m a priority there.”
