Virginia Tech picked up a pair of 2021 commitments from Salem High School (Salem, VA) in the form of twin brothers Jorden McDonald and Jayden McDonald.  Both are listed as cornerbacks on 247Sports, though they both have the size to play other positions.

Jorden McDonald: 6-4, 217
Jayden McDonald: 6-3, 218

Both players were committed to Louisiana-Monroe until they recently picked up Tech offers.  Jorden is listed with offers from Navy and Army, while Jayden is listed with an offer from Air Force.

Neither player was able to attend camps at colleges over the summer, and neither was able to play his senior season this fall thanks to COVID-19.  As of now, high school football will be played in Virginia in the spring, so we’ll learn more about the McDonald brothers at that point.
