To say that the recruiting interest of Shiloh (Ga.) 2020 three-star defensive end Jasheen Davis has spiked might be putting it mildly.

Davis now counts 28 offers, most recently from Virginia Tech, West Virginia and Arkansas. The last three months has included 18 of those scholarship offers. As Davis sorts through his options, he has a few that have caught his attention, enough that he’s set one official visit and has others that could get one soon.

“The education, the community, how it interacts with the college and the university,” Davis said. “Then, if the coaches treat me like family. In recruiting, they’re on their A-game. When that’s over, I want to know if they keep the same energy, or if they’re a whole different person. Once you get there, they’re still riding off what they did in their recruiting days.”
