  1. When Buzz was first hired, he placed a lot of value on hiring assistant coaches with head coaching experience. I’ve been hearing a lot that Mike Young needs to hire assistant coaches with recruiting experience and AAU ties. I also think it would be a really good idea if he could find at least one assistant coach with head coaching experience at the Power 5 level. I think Will’s cooking analogy is a good one and Mike Young would be well served to hire a former head chef who knows his way around an ACC kitchen.
