With Devyn Ford’s decision to commit to Penn State, Virginia Tech’s target board at running back has been reset.  Today we’ll take a look at the new board, and try to figure out where the Hokies stand with some of their top targets.

Several offers to running backs have been sent out since last week.  In today’s article, I’m just going to focus on the guys who I believe Tech has a legitimate chance to sign.  For example, they offered Deondrick Glass, a 4-star running back out of Texas who has offers from almost the entire SEC.  I’m not going to include him, because I don’t view him as a viable target right now.

Also, remember that it’s only May 22, and this list could grow as we get into the latter stages of the spring into the early summer.  The Virginia Tech coaches are still on the road evaluating prospects, and then camp season will start in June.
