The Virginia Tech-Wake Forest game on Saturday, October 16th will kickoff at
3:30pm and be televised by ESPNU. This will be Wake’s first trip to Blacksburg
since ACC expansion.
Wake Forest is 2-3 on the season, dropping their last three games. After
beating Presbyterian 53-13, the Demon Deacons defeated Duke 54-48. After that,
they lost to Stanford 68-24, Florida State 31-0 and Georgia Tech 24-20. Their
defense has been a work in progress, though they did improve against the Yellow
Jackets.
Wake will host Navy this weekend, which will make them either 3-3 or 2-4 when
they come to Blacksburg.
