According to multiple reports, Scotland County (Laurinburg, N.C.) linebacker Terrell Manning announced this afternoon that he has committed to N.C. State. The 4-star recruit selected the Wolfpack over Clemson and Virginia Tech.
The 6-2, 205-pound prospect, one of the top overall recruits in the state of North Carolina’s 2008 class, tallied 135 tackles last season as a junior.
