Lake Taylor (Norfolk, VA) wide receiver Jay Smith will announce his college decision next Wednesday, November 15th, at a press conference at Lake Taylor High School. The press conference is scheduled to take place at 6:00 p.m., Jay’s father Mordecai told TechSideline.com.
A 6-3, 200-pound wide receiver recruit, Smith is rated a four-star prospect by TechSideline.com, Rivals.com and Scout.com. He is rated the number three overall prospect in the state of Virginia in TechSideline.com’s Preseason Top 30.
Smith will announce from among his final five schools. They are Clemson, Miami, N.C. State, Tennessee and Virginia Tech.
