Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA) 6-5, 320-pound offensive lineman Billy Cuffee added an official scholarship offer and now boasts official offers from four of his final five schools. Which program is the latest to join the official offer list?

“Virginia went ahead and offered me,” said Cuffee, who originally had a verbal offer from the ‘Hoos. “Coach [Al] Groh and Coach [Bob] Price did it a few weeks ago. I was excited. I’m always excited whenever I get a new offer.”

Cuffee made an official visit to Virginia on the weekend of December 2nd. He has since visited Maryland (12/16), East Carolina (01/06) and, this past weekend, N.C. State.

“It was good…it was interesting,” Cuffee said of his experience at N.C. State. “A lot of the stuff we did and a lot of the stuff the coaches talked to us about was interesting. [Coach Chuck Amato] told us there is about a half-million dollars remaining in construction for the football facilities. The weight room is enormous and they are working on the stadium right now.
