Lyles Enjoys Charlottesville

This weekend was Nate Lyles ‘ first-ever time in Charlottesville, Virginia, and he appears to have enjoyed it. The 6-1, 195 pound Hubbard High School (Chicago, IL) safety made an official visit to UVA this weekend.

Lyles, who made an official visit last weekend to Boston College, is one of the top remaining safety targets for the Cavaliers

“I think it was a good visit,” Lyles said. “I think it was the same type of visit Boston College was, only it was a lot more comfortable down there. And I had a chance to see a lot more of Virginia than I did BC. I’m not sure why I felt more comfortable…maybe just how it is down South. I liked it down there. The whole team seemed like they had great chemistry with each other. And it was a really good school. It was like I thought it would be.”

Lyles was hosted by red-shirt freshman cornerback Tony Franklin. He was able to learn more about the players as well as the coaches throughout the weekend.
