Roanoke High School (Robersonville, NC) star Trimaine Goddard was in Charlottesville this weekend for an official visit. His first official visit turned out to be an excellent experience.

“It was real cool,” Goddard said. “It was actually better than I thought. The football game was crazy. I got to hang out with Tony Franklin, Emmanuel Byers, Wali Lundy, and a bunch of players. My parents loved it. They talked with the coaches and the coaches wives. They really enjoyed how the they were treated.”

Goddard arrived Friday night, and was hosted by Emmanuel Byers. He attended the UVA/VT basketball game and spent the evening with the players and had dinner with the coaches.

On Saturday, he attended UVA’s 35-21 victory over Virginia Tech in football. At night, he was hosted by Tony Franklin.
