Today I caught up with Vic Hall, junior quarterback at Gretna High School in Gretna, Virginia. Hall, who is one of the top junior prospects in the state of Virginia, verbally committed to Virginia last week. He is the first player to commit to Virginia for the 2005 class.
As a sophomore, Hall passed for over 2,500 yards and 20 touchdowns and rushed for more than 1,000 yards and 12 scores. This season, he has thrown for over 1,000 yards with 15 touchdown passes and has rushed for close to 600 yards. During Gretna’s 61-21 victory over William Campbell last Friday, Hall rushed for 345 yards on 22 carries, scoring six rushing touchdowns.
