According to Mike Harris of the Richmond Times Dispatch, Virginia Tech has received its second commitment in as many days, as William Wall of HD Woodson High School verballed to the Hokies.
Wall, a 6-3,245 pound defensive end, joins Westfield (VA) quarterback Sean Glennon as verbal commitments for the 2004 class.
